Graft's private dining spaces offer floor-to-ceiling views of Wisconsin state Capitol, and can seat up to 40 guests or up to 20 guests in our 2 separate dining rooms. A full restaurant buyout can accommodate up to 100+ guests seated or cocktail style. The private dining rooms are available for dinner Tuesday through Saturday.
